Absolutely amazing place and staff. 5/5 would recommend. It's far better than what you see on the photos. There's a football pitch right infront of the hotel and right after that starts the beach. I can't express how much me and my wife enjoyed our stay.

Super accomodation. Def went over our expectations.
Great breakfast, really clean, across the stret from a good beach, friendly but still discreet personell. Oh, and you can use an elevator, so luggage and kids up the stairs no more!

Modern, good equipped, clean and spacious rooms and appartments. Best location for accomodation regarding noise, view and beach. It was not necessary to use the AC in July, which is impossible in the north part of Sarti, where the hotels and the accomodations are located on crowded and agglomerated streets.
The breakfast is the best in variety and quality.

One of the best hotels in Sithonia!
Very clean and very attentive staff.
Rooms are being cleaned and towels are changed.
The hosts are very helpful and very professional.
Breakfast is great and for that price with accommodation is very affordable!
